Texas-Specific Challenges
The Texas Gulf Coast's high dew points, the expansive clay soils (Blackland Prairie) that affect foundation drainage, and the impact of flash flooding from the Brazos River and local bayous on property saturation all pose unique challenges for water damage restoration. Our team is well-versed in these challenges and has the expertise and equipment to address them effectively, using techniques like Structural Cavity Drying, Thermal Hygrometers, and soot/char encapsulation to prevent further damage and promote a healthy indoor environment.
