Wallis Weather and Local Conditions

The Wallis area is known for its hot and humid climate, which can lead to an increased risk of water damage and mold growth. The region's proximity to the Gulf Coast also makes it prone to heavy storms and flash flooding, which can result in Category 3 (Black Water) contamination. Furthermore, the high humidity and heat indices can accelerate microbial VOC production and lead to the degradation of antimicrobial coatings and sealants. At Rhodes Services, we understand the importance of addressing these issues promptly and effectively. Our team is equipped with the latest technology, including Psychrometric drying logs, HEPA-filtered negative air scrubbing, and Structural Cavity Drying, to ensure that your property is restored to a safe and healthy condition.

Some of the common issues we encounter in Wallis include secondary mold blooms in high-humidity coastal structures, corrosive soot residue in HVAC systems following residential fires, and the persistent threat of structural rot in high-moisture crawlspaces and slab foundations. Our team is experienced in handling these types of issues and is committed to providing the highest level of service and expertise. We also conduct WDI (Wood-Destroying Insect) impact assessments and Hydrostatic Pressure tests to ensure that your property is thoroughly inspected and restored.
